We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee all financial aspects for a company in Chouiefat area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial efficiency and accuracy within the company.

Responsibilities:
•Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
•Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
•Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
•Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial analysis and forecasting.
•Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage the preparation and filing of tax returns.
•Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and budget variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
•Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
•Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and strategic goals.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
•Proven experience as a senior-level accountant or finance manager, preferably in a similar industry.
•In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
•Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
