What You'll Bring

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in chemical engineering, material science, chemistry, or equivalent
  2. 3+ years of experience with cell material design, chemical analysis of battery materials, cell testing, and degradation analysis
  3. Fundamental knowledge of anode active materials (e.g., graphite, silicon) and inactive materials (binder, conductive carbon)
  4. Ability to identify root-causes and conduct troubleshooting to solve issues
  5. Strong communication and organization skills with ability to manage projects independently
