  • Typically supports application, IT hardware and software products

  • Diagnoses and resolves problems using documented procedures and checklists

  • Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps

  • May support multiple platforms, systems and devices

  • May require follow-up and/or escalation to a higher level of expertise

  • Informs senior team members and management of issues requiring additional intervention or support.

  • Provides technical support for installation of new hardware and software.

  • Managing Printers, Access points, CCTV

  • SQL Server Administration including backup technologies

  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Enterprise Applications hosted on Windows Server 2017/2019

  •  Windows patch management

  •  Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment

  • Develop trends by monitoring and analyzing incoming calls, problems and support requests

  • Need to work unscheduled timings

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware & networking troubleshooting and Software Support
