Sr Recruitment Officer

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and select suitable candidates.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Posts and tracks roles on job portals to source quality candidates as per the Job Description. Executes resourcing plans, reviewing CVs, pre-screening via phone calls, conducting aptitude test, identifying and selecting best suitable candidates, liaising with candidates and the interviewers as well as liaising with agencies to ensure the prompt and smooth process of recruitment takes place and meets internal deadlines.
  • Liaises with the candidates/agencies and communicates the next steps; (including those who are rejected).
  • Tracks KPIs (e.g. process duration, length, cost of hiring candidates, etc) for recruitment processes to ensure company continues to improve and optimize processes based on review and analysis of data.
  • Assist other managers to process job applications and respond to queries
  • Facilitate pre-employment checks, including reference checks and background checks, to ensure the reliability and integrity of new hires.
  • Implement employer branding strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.


Skills

  • 8+ years of experience is required in recruitment and manpower management.
