Job Summary

Ensure revenue management of the hotels and manage the day-to-day yield operations.

Job Responsibilities 1

Assess daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Influence the hotels to improve service levels and operational standards.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with levels of staff at the client hotels.

Gather data to create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel.

Provide a weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.

Analyze room authorizations, rates, and restrictions.

Ascertain function space authorizations, restrictions, and rental.

Check room inventory to maximize cluster room revenue.

Maintain the transient room inventory for the hotels and be responsible for maximizing transient revenue.

Release group rooms back into general inventory and ensure clean booking windows for customers.

Ensure that the hotels' sales strategies are effectively implemented in the reservation system and the inventory system.

Prepare sales strategy critique.

Job Responsibilities 2

Monitor transient and group inventory daily to ensure straight-line availability and maximization of revenue potential for all brands.

Support cluster selling initiatives by working with all reservation centers.

Use reservations systems and demand forecasting systems to determine, implement and control selling strategies.

Make use property diagnostic processes (PDP) are used to maximize revenue and profits.

Understand the working relationship between sales, reservations, and property management systems.

Participate in periodic regional reviews.

Achieve and exceed goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc.

Schedule meetings to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and manage activities and solutions.

Establish long-range objectives and specify the strategies and actions to achieve them.

Demonstrate knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 20 years of total experience.

15 years of industry-related experience. 

Minimum 3 years in GCC.
