Administrative Specialist

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for handling administrative office tasks, including but not limited to secretarial duties, visa management, and arranging accommodations for important leaders.
  2. Organize major receiving/welcoming arrangements according to Sany standard procedures.
  3. Other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  1. Education: According to company requirements, candidates with a background in hotel management or administration will be preferred, proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  2. Age: Below 40 years old.
  3. Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in administrative office management in large hotels or multinational corporations, with priority given to those who have been responsible for major client reception affairs.
  4. Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with local customs, culture, and preferences.
