Job Description :-
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Collection Officer. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong ability to work independently and in a team environment. As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for contacting individuals or businesses with overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and arranging settlements. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all interactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities :-
- Contact individuals or businesses with overdue payments via phone, email, and mail
- Negotiate payment plans and arrange settlements with debtors
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update customer accounts as necessary
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
- Work closely with legal teams if legal action is necessary to recover debts
Qualifications :-
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Previous experience in collections or a related field preferred
- Strong personality, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of relevant regulations
- Must have a Driving License and car
