As a QC Inspector, your role will be to ensure the quality of metal products and materials through careful inspection and testing. You will be responsible for conducting thorough visual inspections, performing dimensional checks, and conducting non-destructive testing to identify any defects or deviations from specifications. '

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections on materials such as Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Galvanized Steel, Powder Coating, and Paint throughout the fabrication process.
• Ensure that products meet specified quality standards and comply with customer requirements.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on finished goods to guarantee precision and quality.
• Document and report inspection results, including any non-conformities and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection activities, ensuring traceability and transparency.
• Provide guidance to production teams on adhering to quality standards and best practices.

Skills

1. Engineering background is preferable.
2. Strong knowledge of metalworking processes, including welding, machining, and fabrication.
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
4. Expertise in using precision measuring instruments and non-destructive testing equipment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
