· Offer a lead role in the after sales support for the company clients
· Set up and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers
· Cooperate with appropriate resources to refine scope and concept of inquires or tender documents
· Offer advanced presales support for MEP solutions to clients
· Create revenue and maximize profit and in the process, achieve sales targets
· Assist in presenting MEP solutions to customers
· Assist in promoting the company and its products to new clients and awareness among existing customers
· Produce specifications for, design, develop, manufacture and install new or modified mechanical components or systems.
· Technically minded, able to demonstrate numerical and scientific ability and have problem-solving skills.
Skills
· Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
· Excellent leadership and the ability to drive sales and manage teams
· Must have excellent Ms Office knowledge, Auto-Cad and HVAC design system
· Excellent communication and customer service skills required
· Commercially oriented with at least 3 years of progressive business development, sales, experience in the similar industry
· Candidate should have good knowledge in HVAC/electrical/Mechanical System.
· Good command of English both written and spoken with proficient excel skills
· Should be highly flexible and adaptable.
